Nature of the service
Andrew Mangum Coaching provides coaching, accountability and community support. Coaching is educational and motivational in nature.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site or within the community is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or changing any exercise, nutrition or health routine.
Membership and billing
Membership pricing is stated as $15 per month. Billing cycle, payment authorization, cancellation process, any trial period and refund handling are being finalized and will be published in full before enrollment opens.
Member conduct
Members are expected to participate respectfully, keep other members' shared information private, and avoid harassment, solicitation or harmful content. Access may be ended for conduct that harms the community.
Intellectual property
Site content, coaching materials and the Three Stones name and materials remain the property of Andrew Mangum Coaching and may not be redistributed without permission.
No guaranteed outcomes
Results depend on individual participation and circumstances. No specific health, fitness or personal outcome is promised.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew Mangum Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the community. Final limitation language is pending legal review.
Changes to these terms
These terms will be updated as services are connected. Material changes will be communicated to members.
